- Specifically, In Central Virginia, The Balm is working with African American congregations to increase access to physical activity facilities and opportunities and deliver an evidence-‐based social support intervention to promote physical activity and Healthy eating among African-Americans residing in the Richmond Metropolitan Statistical Area(RMSA) in Virginia.
